ASTA are not currently offering Initial Teacher Training places.  This academic year ASTA will be working in partnership with  partner University providers to offer placements through their ITT routes.

Welcome to Alton Schools Teaching Alliance

Rowledge C of E Primary School is leading the Teacher Training Programme with the Alton cluster. 

 

Made up of 15 schools located in Alton and the surrounding villages in East Hampshire, the cluster covers 3 stages - Early years, KS1 and KS2 - and offers a wide range of teaching experiences in Good and Outstanding; rural and town; infant, junior and all-through primary schools.

The Alton Schools Teaching Alliance offers both recent graduates and those seeking a career change a very special ITT experience, partly because we have been collaborating together for the last 10 years and also because we offer a unique, bespoke training approach.
